How To Rid Yourself Of Fear Of Rejection By Doing The Amazon-Exercise

For all of us, it’s sometimes a fine line between arrogance and insecurity. I want you rather on the slightly arrogant/cocky side than insecure or vulnerable. Train yourself. Buy programs on self-confidence if you have to and don’t let them steal your dream.
Now it’s your turn. Now I want to hear about your biggest challenges. Your biggest break-troughs.

Great post Mark. Release attachment to negative remarks and embrace confidence through laughter. Laughter is the best source of detachment.

Excellent video, Mark! If people will really take your message to heart they will step up and do great things, despite what the naysayers think.

Hello Mark,
As always, your videos provide food for thought…fear of rejection is one of the strongest emotions to stall one from moving forward.
I know on Twitter when someone does not follow me back I take it personally…..silly emotion ~ right ~ but we all want to think that the world will luv us….not a realistic expectation
My fav book by the way is “Swim with the Dolphins” I am curious to see how it is rated on Amazon..good suggestion
Until the next video…

I was going to check myself into the Social Media Rejection Therapy class but after viewing your video, decided to cancel my appointment with the psychologist and class! LOL!
But on a serious note. The biggest challenge I have is actually self esteem.Took me awhile but ever since being involved with positive people, reading all the self development book and create a habit of positive self talk, I have since build up a healthy self esteem.
I reckon that I don’t really care what other people think of me but rather what I think of myself. I can please some people most of the time but I can’t please most people all of the time…
And in reference to your video about the Bible. Jesus said in James 2:8 “Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well.” Thought I throw in an encouragment for your lovely followers out there…
Thanks Mark, you have been very insightful and walking around as usual!

Hola Mark!
Great insights and mental excercises..the mind and our emotions are powerful and make you feel the reality we live in is damn real! I love your final thoughts in this video..let’s take control over what we DO control on the inside and pull up strong walls that protect us from the negativity and outside reality we do NOT control..keep on rockin Mark, great stuff your posting..
